  A: Kidstation is designed for children aged 1 to 8. Babies under 12 months enter free of charge. Each child must be accompanied by at least one adult.
- Q: Do I need to make a reservation?
  A: We recommend making a reservation via our online booking form or contacting us on WhatsApp before your visit. The playhouse may be closed for deep cleaning or private parties, and walk-ins may not be accepted under these circumstances.
- Q: Can parents wait inside?
  A: Of course! We have a comfortable parent lounge area. Each child must be accompanied by at least one adult.
- Q: What's different between the two branches?
  A: The Tsuen Wan and North Point branches have different play facilities. Each branch spans over 10,000 sq ft with unique themed play zones.
